at austin, the official website of that school posted a few minutes ago saying that evacuation orders have been issued for all buildings on the ut campus due to a threat that came in at about 8:35. all buildings are to be evacuated. people are being told to get as far away as possible. we understand from the director of communications that at about 8:35 a.m., about an hour and a half ago, a little more than that, a male with a middle east accent, claiming to have placed bombs all over campus called in to the university. he said he was with al qaeda. that the bombs would go off in 90 minutes. out of abundance of caution the president of the university decided that all buildings on the university campus should be evacuated. this is going on at the university of texas at austin. all buildings on campus evacuated. we'll keep you updated. jenna: well our very own campaign carl cameron is on governor romney's trail. he will join us from the battleground state of ohio where the republican presidential nominee will rally his supporters later on this afternoon. so we're watching everything politics

out of the university of texas in austin, it is under evacuation right now due tom ka pus orders that they received threats on campus according to the a.p. and saying that a man reportedly placed the bombs all over their campus. they reported it so they are in effect trying to evacuate accordingly. meanwhi meanwhile, in north dakota, they have also received similar bomb threats there. north dakota state university, basically, the ndsu staff is requiring the employees and students to leave the campus. this includes the residence halls they have there on the ndsu's campus and also includes different -- excuse me the residence halls and different academic buildings they have there on campus which includes downtown buildings and agriculture facilities as well. we do expect an 11:45 a.m. news conference coming out of north dakota state concerning the bomb threat that they received there. we will keep posted for that and roughly 15 minutes from now. and then as we go back to talking about what is taking place at u.t.-austin, and apparently the call came in at 11:35 this morning where t

states population in 1790. we in austin are especially for me with the tyranny of a centralized government in austin itself called the state government, that austin seems determined to deprive the city of austin of autonomy over matters that we hold near and dear. so i think that to the extent that federalism does stand for a principal of decision-making at subnational levels and allowing people to participate decisions that affect their lives, then any modern constitution convention, whether at the state or national level, would have to address this. one part on the cities or do we not, what kinds of protected autonomy to we want for states and whatnot? these are all wonderful subjects for a convention, or for any sort of national conversation, and we are not having them now. >> so my question is based on a lot of the things you said, i wonder what your take is on i guess you would support the kind of things you're talking about, given the fact that you have kind of a lot of people clamoring for change with the tea partiers spent another very good question. a very common respon
